Supply Line Break

Unfortunately, when this customer returned from a long weekend, they found an unpleasant surprise waiting for them.  A supply line burst in their guest bathroom that caused a large amount of water to leak onto the bathroom floor.  The first step in the remediation process was to extract all the water from the floor, which can be seen in the first first picture.  Then, since vinyl flooring is a non-porous material and cannot be dried underneath, the flooring had to be removed in order to completely dry the area, which is shown in the second picture.  The drywall was also damaged and had to be cut out and removed up to two feet.  The SERVPRO of Vacaville professionals was on call to help these homeowners as soon as they realized the damage had occurred.
