Attic Work

It doesn't happen too frequently, but this customer had a problem with mold in their attic and asked SERVPRO of Vacaville to come help eradicate the problem. It was hot work, but our crews got an early start each day to try to beat the heat.  There was visible timber mold on the truss system, to which we applied anti-microbial disinfectant to the truss support system.  It was allowed to set for an appropriate time period and then wiped down.  Once the affected truss support system was dry, it was encapsulated.  Our crews made sure to wear all the correct personal protective equipment and safety devises needed to complete the work as outlined per OSHA standards.
